

Ride 3 is a riding game that allows the player to run on all the most famous tracks in the world, both on the roads and on circuits, choosing on a large variety of motorcycles. The game also offers the possibility of customizing both the tuning and the aesthetics level of all the vehicles in your garage.

On RIDE 3, I was a Game Designer, My duties included:

Non linear Campaign
A very interesting part I worked on with colleagues was the realisation of the single player campaign.
The progression is organised in a non-linear structure, where the player accesses 'industry magazines' dedicated to very different types of motorbikes.
This system based on Volumes allows the player to collect, read and participate in races and competitions through more than 50 magazines, carrying on several parts of the campaign at the same time, and racing on tracks and with very different motorbikes.
Thus creating a loop that tends to be much less boring and allows for an all-round range in the world of bikes.
